Changes Outside of Plans & Packages
Unless you have added an extra package, your plan does not include monthly content changes or new pages/posts/events. However, we will be happy to work with you to figure out your needs and provide you either a project or hourly quote.
Email Hosting & Technical Support
We do not offer email hosting, but we can give you guidance on who we recommend for hosting, setup, and maintenance. Email support services are not part of our offerings as your email host will provide you these services directly. However, we will manage your domain name’s DNS settings and update it with any necessary records that are needed and supplied to us by your 3rd party vendors. Why can’t we handle your email too? 24/7 email support is critical, but can be a big drain on resources. Ultimately, this is something that larger email providers can do much better than us, which frees us up to do what we do best; creative work!
Pricing Structure
Our website plans are based on an annual contract. At the end of your initial year another yearly contract will need to be signed. If you choose to move your website to another hosting provider, we will supply you with your website files and database. If help is requested to migrate your website there will be a migration fee.
Showcase Rights
We reserve the right to display your website on our portfolio as our digital resume. We will also place a small link at the bottom of your website, in the footer, with a text link back to our website, usually stating “Conjured by Warlocks”.
